Car Park Renewal
Stellar Projects design, project management and planning teams worked with Permaloo and Auckland Council to provide the site design, building consent and construction management of the project. The new parking layout allowed for widening of the Northcote Road footpath by over 1.5m, accommodating the Northcote Safe Cycling Programme, while at the same time, maintaining existing parking numbers with improved circulation.
Construction was completed under challenging site conditions, contending with extreme weather and the presence of a previously undiscovered, historic drainage field.
