This 10-unit terraced housing development in Half Moon Bay spans three building blocks. The Land Development team prepared and lodged a combined land use and subdivision consent for this project. The site and proposed units underwent extensive urban design and planning assessment to address civil and topographical constraints onsite.
This application has recently been lodged, and we have developed positive working relationships with processing planners and engineers at Auckland Council. This consent has been accepted for processing and is expected to be processed on a non-notified basis.
