Playground Rejuvenation

This six-unit residential development in Massey involved a block of terraced units and a standalone house at the rear. Stellar Projects’ Land Development team prepared a resource consent package for a combined land-use and subdivision consent. The design stage involved co-ordination with Council entities prior to resource consent lodgement to obtain approval to build over a number of existing public drainage lines traversing through the site. The application was processed on a non-notified basis within statutory timeframes.
