Stellar Projects is acting as project manager, Engineer to the Contract and providing Bank and Client QS services to this development in Ōtara, Auckland. The project is a new housing complex consisting of 41 self-contained bedroom units and a community Manaaki building. The construction of this Papakāinga housing development facility is well underway and completion is estimated early 2021.
