Residential Development
Stellar Projects prepared a resource consent package for a combined land use and subdivision consent for a 6 terraced unit residential development across two building blocks. Key project challenges included designing the layout to accommodate a flood plain and overland flow path through the site while achieving our client’s required yield. The council were supportive of this design approach.
This consent was approved non-notified within statutory timeframes, with minimal s92 questions and no design changes.
