Stellar Projects prepared a comprehensive resource consent package for a combined land use and subdivision consent for a 17-unit terraced housing development across four building blocks in Ōtāhuhu.
The design stage involved our team working closely with our partner consultants to ensure the proposal met the client’s needs, the local planning framework and site constraints and opportunities. The application included undertaking consultation with the Ministry of Education and iwi to obtain agreement to carry out infrastructure works on adjoining land. We have managed to get support from all relevant stakeholders for the proposed works. The consent is currently being processed on a non-notified basis, within statutory timeframes.
