Stellar Projects worked closely with Boffa Miskell on the Richmond Strategic Framework, contributing urban development advice. The framework considers housing intensification and growth of the area. Our team tested the development economics of indicative blocks for intensification in the town. This included exploring options for residential and commercial redevelopment, as well as comparing intensification with greenfield development. Our analysis also included a review of past developments in Richmond to identify key learnings and opportunities. Our goal was to provide valuable insights into the local property market and assist in the formulation of a robust development strategy for the town.
