Scott Point development was a design-led plan change, facilitating the conversion of rural land to a mix of residential, commercial, community and open space zonings.
The area will provide 3,000 dwellings, accommodating growth in the inner north west catchment alongside Hobsonville. Our planning team led the plan change process and associated qualifying development resource consent for 326 lots.
