A2 is a comprehensive residential development with flexible space for commercial opportunities, located at 80 Don McKinnon Drive, opposite the Albany mall. Our planning team provided design input and acquired resource consent for 98 terraced units, community spaces (including pocket parks) and a communal pavilion, all accessed via a private spine road and network of laneways.
We believe this development is a leading example of future medium- density developments surrounding Auckland’s town centres.
