Our planning team obtained non-notified resource consent for this Gel Architects designed, integrated residential development. The Oaks comprises a range of innovative house designs to maximise the residential yield of this Mixed Housing Suburban zoned property.

Council supported our case for additional height, allowing 3-level terraced units along the site’s frontage. Site construction is currently under way and we are eager to view the finished product.
